George Wilshire, a young man who has been working for Will Heslar on the Oglesbee farm near Russellville, died on Friday evening. Death was caused by uremic poison resulting from acute jaundice. He suffered greatly for a few days. Funeral services were held at Union on Sunday and the body was interred in the Union Cemetery. Mr. Wilshire was born in Howard Township, Parke County on May 25, 1858. He was the son of Joseph and Jane Wilshire. He leaves a mother, four sisters and three brothers.
